Damages and Fabrication Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
Our products are made to order, therefore all sales are final unless the item has a fabrication fault, arrives damaged, or the wrong item was received.
If your item has a fabrication issue, defect, damage, or order error, you must contact Iconic Tech Studio within 14 days of delivery and submit a return or exchange request before sending any merchandise back. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging unless the issue prevents this.
Return shipping responsibility will be determined after the return request is reviewed. The buyer may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a confirmed fabrication fault, damage, or fulfillment error by Iconic Tech Studio.
Return Authorization Required
Merchandise may not be returned without prior written authorization from Iconic Tech Studio. Returning an item without first submitting a return request and receiving approval does not guarantee a refund, exchange, store credit, or cancellation of the order.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, or held while we attempt to contact the customer using the contact information provided with the original order.
Unauthorized or Unsolicited Returns
If Iconic Tech Studio receives an unauthorized or unsolicited return, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the customer using the contact information from the original order, if available. The customer may be responsible for any shipping costs required to send the item back to them.
If the customer does not respond or make arrangements within 30 days of our notice, the item may be considered abandoned and may be discarded, donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Receipt of an unauthorized return does not waive our posted return policy and does not require Iconic Tech Studio to issue a refund, exchange, or store credit where the item is not eligible under this policy.
Missing Package Policy
At Iconic Tech Studio, every order is carefully packaged and shipped using trusted carriers. Once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier for delivery.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, please first take the following steps:
- Check around your property, including porches, garages, side doors, and mail areas.
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building management if the package was accepted on your behalf.
- Check with the carrier or your local delivery office for additional delivery details.
Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, Iconic Tech Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including porch theft.
Missing Package Investigations
If your package still cannot be located, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation so we can review the situation and determine whether a carrier investigation or insurance claim may be opened.
For insurance claims related to a missing or stolen package, Iconic Tech Studio may require the customer to provide a police report documenting the missing package before a claim can be processed.
Carrier Claims
In certain cases, customers may be required to cooperate with or file a claim directly with the shipping carrier as part of the investigation process. This may include providing additional documentation or statements requested by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Iconic Tech Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delivery Confirmation and Payment Disputes
Carrier delivery confirmation, including GPS verification and photographic evidence when available, serves as proof of delivery. Orders confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refunds due to non-receipt, and initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for a delivered package may be considered fraudulent.
Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or operational delays. Iconic Tech Studio cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been shipped.
