Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Iconic Tech Studio. The following Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are made to order. Processing time is typically up to 7 business days from the order date for Custom Products and certain Iconic Pixel products. Processing time may vary depending on product type, order volume, and availability. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Teardown Frames and Iconic Pixel framed prints are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Carriers
Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS for Iconic Tech Studio teardown frames and Iconic Pixel framed prints. Certain orders may ship via USPS or FedEx when necessary to improve the delivery experience.
Specialty Iconic Pixel products may ship from different locations and may use different carriers. Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. Any applicable promotions or discounts will be shown during checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping charges and longer delivery times.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier used. Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier and is outside the control of Iconic Tech Studio. Iconic Tech Studio is not responsible for delays in shipping.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and may arrive at different times.
Teardown Frames and Iconic Pixel framed prints ship from Minnesota, USA.
Certain Iconic Pixel Specialty products may ship from other locations.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Iconic Tech Studio immediately.
You may be required to provide:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
A return of the damaged item may be required before a replacement or refund is issued. Do not discard the packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Missing Package Policy
At Iconic Tech Studio, every order is carefully packaged and shipped using trusted carriers. Once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier for delivery.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, please first take the following steps:
- Check around your property, including porches, garages, side doors, and mail areas.
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building management if the package was accepted on your behalf.
- Check with the carrier or your local delivery office for additional delivery details.
Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, Iconic Tech Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including porch theft.
Missing Package Investigations
If your package still cannot be located, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation so we can review the situation and determine whether a carrier investigation or insurance claim may be opened.
For insurance claims related to a missing or stolen package, Iconic Tech Studio may require the customer to provide a police report documenting the missing package before a claim can be processed.
Carrier Claims
In certain cases, customers may be required to cooperate with or file a claim directly with the shipping carrier as part of the investigation process. This may include providing additional documentation or statements requested by the carrier.
Delivery Confirmation and Payment Disputes
Carrier delivery confirmation, including GPS verification and photographic evidence when available, serves as proof of delivery. Orders confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refunds due to non-receipt, and initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for a delivered package may be considered fraudulent.
Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or operational delays. Iconic Tech Studio cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been shipped.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct in your order confirmation. Iconic Tech Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer and refunds will not be available for any deliveries to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many Iconic Tech Studio products are made to order. Custom products, limited releases, and specialty items may require additional processing time before shipment.
