Each frame from Iconic Tech Studio features authentic components sourced from real gaming devices. Minor marks or wear may be present, reflecting the device’s genuine history. For safety reasons, the battery is not included with any Iconic products.

This handcrafted frame preserves that legacy through a thoughtful presentation of genuine Nintendo components. Inside each display, the motherboard, LCD module, button array, speaker, cartridge connector, and the original polycarbonate shell are arranged in a clean, gallery-style layout. Each component is individually cleaned and mounted with precision. The battery compartment is displayed without batteries, ensuring safety while maintaining the device’s authentic structure.

The Game Boy Color was released in a spectrum of playful finishes, including Atomic Purple, Berry, Kiwi, Grape, Dandelion, and Teal, along with later limited editions. Iconic Tech Studio preserves the original color of each authentic unit, allowing every frame to reflect the unique personality of the sourced console. Due to rarity, each frame will ship with a random available color - if you'd like to request a color, please use the Custom Request Form and we will attempt to source a specific color for you.

What is the return policy?

All of our items are custom made and fabricated uniquely. None of our products are factory produced. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns unless they are due to fabrication issues.
Why are some colors priced differently?

Our product pricing strategy reflects the costs involved in obtaining the products we use to upcycle into frames. Certain sizes and colors are harder to find in good condition and therefore have additional cost to procure. We do our best to limit these variations wherever possible.

When will I get my order?

Once you place your order, we begin the fabrication process of building your custom frame. This process typically takes 5-7 business days. We will then do a secondary Quality Check and get your item boxed up for shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and delivery choice at checkout.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in the USA at our Studio. We do not outsource our manufacturing.
